ILLEGAL migrants and foreign criminals are exploiting our human rights laws.
I share the public’s fury at seeing our laws used against us.


It is an outrage that an arsonist sentenced to five years in jail can’t be deported as his sibling lives in the country.
For 14 years, the Conservatives allowed serious criminals to remain on British soil.
Now they say we should leave the European Convention on Human Rights.
But the truth is leaving the Convention would not help us — we’d spend the next decade renegotiating every agreement with a foreign country to send their criminals back.
