The panic and fear were overwhelming. I rushed her to the hospital in an ambulance, sirens blaring, every second feeling like an eternity. Doctors quickly assessed the severity of her injuries. Her right arm developed necrosis — areas of dead tissue so deep and extensive that urgent surgery became necessary. Under general anesthesia, Oleńka’s necrotic tissue was carefully removed.
