Our daughter, Agatka, is only five years old, yet her young life has been defined by a battle no child should ever have to face. At just two years old, she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer that strikes without warning. From that day, her world became a series of hospital rooms, surgeries, chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions, blood transfusions, and endless medical tests. Ordinary childhood joys—playgrounds, friends, laughter—were replaced by needles, machines, and the quiet hum of monitors. For us, her parents, every day has been a delicate balance of hope and fear, love and exhaustion, as we stand by her side through every step of this harrowing journey.
For the past two years, we have been in Barcelona, where Agatka receives treatment at a specialized hospital renowned for its expertise in neuroblastoma. Thanks to modern medicine and a dedicated team of doctors, we have made incredible progress in our fight. Each day presents its own challenges, yet each day also brings hope that a cure is within reach. The path has been long and difficult, but we now see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Just a year ago, Agatka faced a terrifying reality: twelve metastases had spread throughout her tiny body. The thought was almost unbearable. Yet, step by step, through every grueling treatment, the tumors began to recede. Today, only two remain, and even these are weakening. The primary tumor that once terrorized our lives has finally ceased to function. This progress is proof that the treatment is working, that the dream of a complete cure is not only possible but within our grasp.
But Agatka’s fight is far from over. The treatment she requires is both intensive and expensive. Each cycle includes five days of chemotherapy infusions followed by four days of painful immunotherapy using a modern drug unavailable in our home country of Poland. The infusions are so intense that she requires morphine and ketamine to manage the pain, yet they are crucial in targeting the aggressive cancer cells. Daily oral chemotherapy also targets the ALK mutation in her tumor, a therapy carefully tailored to give her the best chance at survival. These cycles are followed by two weeks of recovery, blood transfusions, and management of side effects, testing her strength, courage, and endurance every single day.

The treatments, while effective, have taken a toll on Agatka’s young body. Nerve damage in her spine has weakened her right leg and muscles on the right side of her back. Her posture is affected, and each step, each movement, is an effort. She experiences fatigue, pain, and discomfort that no child should ever endure. Yet, even in these moments, her spirit shines through. She smiles, she laughs, and she reminds everyone around her of the extraordinary courage that children can possess.

The hospital anticipates eight more cycles of chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and thanks to a previous fundraiser, we can cover four of them. However, we lack the funds for the remaining four cycles and the associated hospital stays. Without your help, we cannot complete this critical phase of treatment. We cannot stop now—not after everything Agatka has endured, not after every tear, every sleepless night, every injection, every painful infusion. We are so close to the goal, and every day counts.

Your support can give Agatka a future. Every donation brings us closer to the moment when we can finally declare the disease defeated, when our little girl can experience a life filled with play, laughter, and freedom from hospitals and treatments. Each gesture of generosity, each prayer, each share of her story strengthens the network of hope surrounding her and helps ensure that the fight we have waged alongside her will not be in vain.
Agatka is more than her illness. She is a brave little girl whose courage inspires all who meet her. She is laughter in the darkest corridors, light in the face of despair, and a reminder that even the smallest among us can teach the greatest lessons about resilience, hope, and love.

We humbly ask for your help. Please, join us in giving Agatka the chance to live. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings her one step closer to freedom from cancer, one step closer to a normal childhood, one step closer to the life she deserves. Together, we can help this remarkable little girl complete her fight—and see a future full of hope and joy.

Oliś: The Little Warrior Who Refuses to Give Up.1224

Oliś is no ordinary child. He is a fighter, a beacon of courage in the face of a battle no one should ever have to face, let alone a two-year-old. Just months ago, Oliś was a joyful, energetic little boy, laughing freely, running with his siblings, and filling every corner of the house with his bright spirit. But in late February, something changed. Slowly at first, almost imperceptibly, he began losing his balance. His once steady steps faltered. His laughter sometimes gave way to confusion as he stumbled, a shadow of concern darkening the smiles of those who love him.
Doctors were puzzled. Initial tests seemed normal. But the world as we knew it came crashing down when a CT scan revealed a tangerine-sized tumor lodged in his cerebellum. In a matter of days, our little Oliś faced a six-hour surgery that would decide the course of his life. We held our breath as the surgeons worked tirelessly, hoping against hope. When he awoke, our hearts shattered—he could not speak, move his left side, or even open his eyes. The vibrant boy we knew seemed lost in a world of pain and silence.

The diagnosis was devastating: stage IV medulloblastoma, a severe form of childhood cancer. Yet, before we could even begin to grasp the enormity of this battle, his second birthday brought worse news. The tumor was not just aggressive; it was AT/RT, an exceptionally rare and relentless cancer that strikes fear in the hearts of even the most experienced doctors. Our lives became a whirlwind of chemotherapy, radiation, and repeated surgeries. Blood transfusions became part of our daily routine. Oliś’s cerebrospinal fluid required a shunt, and every day presented new challenges that tested our resolve and strength.
Despite the overwhelming odds, Oliś refused to surrender. Slowly, day by day, he began to reclaim fragments of himself. He smiled again. He spoke again. He moved again. Every tiny triumph—lifting his hand, turning his head, letting out a laugh—was a victory that resonated far beyond the hospital walls. In those moments, Oliś taught us what it truly means to fight, to hope, and to believe in miracles.
The eight months spent navigating hospital corridors have taken a toll, leaving us physically and emotionally drained. Witnessing our son endure pain no child should ever know is heartbreaking. Each day is a delicate balance between hope and despair, courage and fear. We have seen the suffering of countless other children fighting their own battles, and it is a reminder of how fragile life can be and how vital each moment of care, love, and support truly is.

But Oliś is not finished fighting, and neither are we. He still requires chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and intensive rehabilitation. Every treatment is a lifeline, a step toward a future where he can walk unassisted, play with abandon, and live a childhood free from the shadow of cancer. Yet, the cost of this journey is staggering. The financial burden is immense, and despite our determination, we cannot do it alone.
This is why we are reaching out to you—our community, friends, and strangers alike. Every donation, no matter the size, brings Oliś closer to a life filled with laughter instead of tears, hope instead of fear, and freedom instead of pain. Your support is not just a gift; it is a lifeline, a chance to rewrite the story of a little boy who refuses to give up.
Oliś’s courage is a reminder to all of us that even in the darkest hours, hope can shine brightest. Every moment he smiles, every word he speaks, and every movement he makes is a triumph of the human spirit. But he cannot win this battle alone. We need your help to ensure that this brave little warrior has a fighting chance.

Please, help Oliś. Together, we can give him the future he deserves—a future where he can run, play, and embrace life fully. Your generosity can save a life. Your love can inspire a miracle. Stand with Oliś, and be part of his extraordinary journe
